4 pieces of 1/2 inch 9-ply hardwood plywood are glued to form a block. A line that undulates from center line is drawn. Cut line on bandsaw with table tilted 8 degrees. Resulting pieces are shown on the left.

Simple interlocking frame of 2.5 inches wide Cypress boards are glued together. Dust panel drawer dividers are simple pocket frames. A Solid 1/2 inch plywood sheet completes the back. Dovetail drawers blocks are fitted.
The glued panel is ripped and attached to the drawer boxes with screws from the inside. Similar glue panel is created for each end panel and tightly fitted between the Cypress frame.
Canyon view sandstone is used for the cabinet top. Drawer pulls made from small blocks of plywood and glued to drawer front.
The cabinet surface is coated with mixture of linseed oil and Penetrol and allowed to dry 48 hours. Two coats of amber shellac brushed on and then leveled with steel wool and buffed with a paper bag. 4 coats of Varathene water borne varnish and buffing with 360 Abranet pad using a water/soap lubricant.
